Knowledge is a fundamental component of our services. Not only does the Tuerlinckx Academy provide professionals with training and technical knowledge; it also delivers a monthly training to all staff members. This in addition to the 150+ training hours that the firm’s employees follow externally.
Coaching
The manner and the way something is presented is also important. It is not enough to be right. One must prove it too. For soft skills such as negotiating, presenting, advocating and dealing with clients correctly, the training provided to employees is supplemented with daily coaching.
