In short
Every day, we aim to excel with targeted, practical advice and, in turn, maximise our tax and legal knowledge.
Meet our dedicated experts, with a mix of experience and infectious energy.
At Tuerlinckx Tax Lawyers, we invest in inspiring partnerships.
As specialists, we are familiar with the pain points and current tax issues. But, as a stakeholder in fiscal civil society, we also use this expertise in the public interest and publish helpful documents on relevant topics. Some of our recent publications:
Some of our recent publications
Art is our passion. You can see this in the various projects we sponsor. There is the Pasfoundation, for example, which (along with the Private Art Support Foundation) supports the conservation of work by Belgian artists. These artists are therefore given a prominent place in our office. Tuerlinckx Tax Lawyers also sponsors the annual art tour “TO BE”, where you can discover newly graduated students from Sint-Lucas and/or the Academy of Fine Arts at unique locations in Antwerp.
With a heart for art, we are also active partners in (h)ARS, a special corporate art project in which children with motor disabilities deliver beautiful works of art.
We believe in the power of entrepreneurship. We aim to establish a close relationship with the entrepreneur and the business and we do this by behaving in a business-like manner. Engaged entrepreneurship involves staying abreast and keeping up with both social and technological evolutions so that we can interact on the same platforms and with the same efficiency as businesses.
Entrepreneurship is a dynamic context in which processes are constantly being improved. This is also the case for Tuerlinckx Tax Lawyers.
We are investing in artificial intelligence to create more efficient teams that can collaborate more efficiently, with better communication tools. Similarly, setting up a state-of-the-art meeting infrastructure promotes communication between locations.
Young people are the future and deserve every possible opportunity.
Our summer work placements offer young, talented individuals an introduction to our culture and, at a later stage, provide an easy connection to the workplace. And, if they catch the bug, master’s students will be eligible for the unique Junior Programme. This allows the academic component to be combined with one or two days of office experience. We also fund additional study and allow the individual to gain practical experience and partner with associations that invest in students’ futures.
Better one big relocation than 1,000 small moves. To be closer to our clients, we opened a new branch in Zonhoven. This also gave us the opportunity to start with a clean sheet. We are now more energy-conscious and prioritise ecology and this is reflected, quite literally, in our circular design.
Equally, we strive for a paperless office, which also means that digital files are quickly accessible to the team.
This is one of Tuerlinckx’s sacred principles, which is why we cannot emphasise it enough: Tuerlinckx Tax Lawyers works not “for” but “together with” the client!
This starts at the first contact, when we visit the shop floor to understand the specific services, challenges and needs. Our proactive communication method is also one of our values very much appreciated by our clients.
However complex and challenging tax issues (and other (in)directly related topics) can be, the starting point is always to pursue a sustainable solution. This aspiration also extends to the office environment itself. We are even tapping into environmental issues by opting for circular design.
The experts at Tuerlinckx Tax Lawyers specialise in one or more domains, allowing them to build substantive expertise in their specific field combined with general taxation. It is therefore essential to constantly anticipate the latest developments and we support this via in-house training. This working knowledge is continuously refined by sharing professional articles in leading tax journals or delivering seminars at numerous organisations.
Delivering top-notch service is the priority in relation to advice and business guidance.
