How can I schedule an appointment?

You can easily schedule an appointment by calling the secretary’s office on 32 3 206 21 10 or by sending an email to info@tuerlinckx.eu.

How can you be reached?

The office can be reached by phone from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. It is also possible to email your question to info@tuerlinckx.eu.

Where is your office located?

We have offices in Antwerp, Zonhoven (Limburg), and Charleroi.

Can files be handled in English or French?

Yes, indeed; the office handles file in three languages: Dutch, French, and English.

Can I park at the office?

Yes; there is free visitor parking at the Antwerp and Zonhoven offices. You can park at the public Q-park 3 minutes’ walk away from the Charleroi office.

Is the office located in the LEZ (Low Emission Zone)?

Yes; the Antwerp office is in the LEZ.

It is demarcated 24/7 with special road signs.

Is an initial consultation free?

No, our fees can be found on our website – other fee arrangements or fee quotes can potentially be discussed after an initial consultation.

What are the costs?

The price of services varies according to the complexity and the number of hours envisaged to handle your case. After an initial discussion, an estimate of the fees and costs associated with the specific assignment can usually be provided.

Which means of payment do you accept?

We accept payments by bank transfer. Cash payments are limited to EUR 3,000 (incl. VAT) for the set of transactions between which there appears to be a link.

What do I bring to my first appointment?

Bring all available relevant documents such as contracts, correspondence, and court documents, for example.

This helps to better analyse your case. Also bring your identity card.

Can I transfer to your firm when another law firm is already handling my case?

You can switch to our firm at any time if we decide to accept the case.

We will help you transfer your file.

Is a digital meeting possible?

Certainly; the office uses Microsoft Teams or any other options for video meetings.
