Ans De Bontridder obtained a Bachelor of Communication Management – option business communication – from the PHA, now Plantijn Hogeschool in Antwerp (1996, distinction) and followed additional training at the Institut Supérieur d’Enseignement des Sciences de l’Information et des Sciences Sociales de la Province de Liège (1997). Ans is part of the management team of Tuerlinckx Tax Lawyers. She has been active in law firm administration and management for more than 20 years. She started at Dauginet Lawyers in 1997 and later worked for HTC-Advocaten, building a wealth of experience. At Tuerlinckx Tax Lawyers, Ans is responsible for HR administration, job fairs and recruitment, supervision of participants in the firm’s summer work placements, as well as supervision of trainee lawyers, performance reviews and evaluations, employment contracts and insurance. Ans also supervises the firm’s budgeting and expenses, carries out financial planning and monitors all legal aspects regarding the practical operation of the law firm.
