Brieuc practises general tax law and focuses on issues relating to wealth planning, property taxation, and personal income tax, assisting both individuals and companies in their administrative and legal disputes.  Brieuc’s recent work has included assisting clients with their wealth planning with both national and international implications. In this context, he takes particular care to listen to his customers’ needs and proposes pragmatic, long-term solutions.  He also assists clients (individuals and companies) with their tax audits with the authorities and during the administrative and judicial phases.  Lastly, he advises taxpayers on the application of certain complex taxes relating to investment or structural transactions (e.g. application of the Cayman tax, CFCs, etc.).
