Hannah Roosen Moons began her career as a legal assistant to Romy Geysen before joining the Junior Program at Tuerlinckx Tax Lawyers. She now works as a legal professional at the firm and is a member of the Criminal team.
In her practice, Hannah mainly works on tax cases with a criminal law component. She assists the lawyers with the analysis, preparation and follow-up of cases, and helps develop legal arguments and procedural documents.
She has a particular interest in criminal tax law and the complex interaction between tax and criminal proceedings. She finds legal questions that require thorough analysis, precision and strategic insight especially challenging. Her approach is always pragmatic and legally well-founded, tailored to the specific situation and the client’s interests.
Alongside her work at Tuerlinckx Tax Lawyers, Hannah is currently studying Tax Law and Tax Practice at the Fiscale Hogeschool in Brussels. This allows her to combine her daily practical experience with further academic study of tax law as she continues to build her expertise in the field.
