Jill De Crée

Jill De Crée joined Tuerlinckx Tax Lawyers as a Legal Advisor in September 2026, following a summer internship with the firm in 2025 and her participation in the Junior Program. These experiences provided her with a solid introduction to the firm’s broad tax practice and client-focused approach.

Today, Jill is a member of both the Tax Team and the Private Team. In this role, she supports the firm’s lawyers in the analysis, preparation and handling of a wide range of tax and legal matters.

Her particular areas of interest include personal income tax, European and international taxation, as well as estate and succession planning.

Alongside her work at Tuerlinckx Tax Lawyers, Jill is pursuing the postgraduate degree in Tax Law & Tax Practice at the Brussels School of Taxation (Fiscale Hogeschool Brussel). By combining hands-on experience with continued academic development, she continues to expand and strengthen her expertise in tax law.
