Merten has a particular interest in the synergies between the various stakeholders within a company, as well as in the prevention and resolution of conflicts within the specific environment of a business.
As a member of the CORPORATE and TAX Teams, he handles daily cases related to corporate (taxed as a group) taxation – corporate tax and VAT). He advises taxpayers proactively and assists them during procedures with the tax authorities.
His proficiency and experience within the sports sector mean that he is not shy about assisting clients in this specific sector with all kinds of issues.
