Nouria Belhaddad

Nouria focuses mainly on formal tax law in relation to direct and indirect taxes. Within Tuerlinckx Tax Lawyers, she guides clients preventively (risk assessment – compliance) and assists them in tax disputes and proceedings. As a result of her particular interest in the interface between tax law and criminal law, Nouria assists both companies and individuals with issues framed within anti-money laundering legislation. She also analyses tax issues where an international element is present and, where necessary, conducts proceedings against situations of double taxation under Belgian, European or international law. As a bilingual lawyer, she assists clients with tax issues along both sides of the language border.
