Tom Reniers is IT Coordinator at Tuerlinckx Tax Lawyers. He is responsible for the development and coordination of the firm’s digital operations and contributes to a secure, efficient and future-oriented organization.
He supports the firm in advancing its digitalization and optimizing its processes, with particular attention to quality, structure and user-friendliness. In this context, he ensures a thoughtful use of technology that enhances both the firm’s operations and the quality of its client service.
Tom plays a central role in coordinating external IT partners and ensures the quality, continuity and security of the IT environment. He also follows up on cybersecurity and compliance initiatives and contributes to a controlled and reliable flow of information within the firm.
He supports digitalization and transformation projects and ensures consistent and accurate use of systems and processes. In doing so, he acts as a key interface between partners, staff and external stakeholders.
Before joining Tuerlinckx Tax Lawyers, Tom built extensive experience in international and multidisciplinary environments, where he held several leadership roles, including ICT Manager and Data Manager. In this context, he was responsible for digitalization programs, the implementation of business applications and the optimization of financial and operational processes.
