Merten Boyen

Merten has a particular interest in the synergies between the different stakeholders within a company and in preventing and resolving conflicts in the special environment that is a business. As a member of the CORPORATE team, he mainly deals with files concerning the taxation of (grouped) companies, including assisting these clients in proceedings against the tax administration. His proficiency and experience within the sports sector mean that he is not shy about assisting clients in this specific sector with all kinds of issues.

His experience at Tuerlinckx Tax Lawyers greatly fuelled his interest in general taxation, including the tax and estate planning aspects of inheritance planning.
